Native macOS dictation built on Rust + Tauri + React, with OpenAI Whisper for speech-to-text. Single-key trigger (F9), auto-transcribe-on-stop, paste into focused field. Faster and more accurate than the system default.

PairForge's internal automation: Slack thread comes in, MCP server evaluates whether it's actionable, creates a GitHub issue, then spawns headless Claude Code instances to investigate or fix. Turns a Slack message into a PR with minimal human time. Powers our small team's outsized throughput.
